Terms & Conditions — adc8 Online Casino & Betting Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "adc8" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at adc8.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services operated under the adc8 brand.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the adc8 platform and is using any product or service offered therein.

Access to and use of the adc8 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during which a Player holds an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. adc8 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or trust.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the adc8 platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of adc8 or any of its affiliated gaming suppliers or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or responsible gaming restriction that would prevent you from legally gambling online.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the adc8 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. adc8 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate registrations and will close all associated accounts where duplicate registrations are identified.

During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and for updating it promptly if any details change. adc8 accepts no liability for failed communications, missed notifications, or transaction failures resulting from outdated contact information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your adc8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your adc8 account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the adc8 support team immediately at [email protected].

• adc8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds a second layer of protection beyond your password and is available free of charge to all registered Players.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your adc8 account and must not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• adc8 will never ask you for your password by email, telephone, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request purporting to be from adc8, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.
• You must log out of your adc8 account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.

adc8 reserves the right to suspend or lock an account where unusual activity is detected, pending further investigation. In such cases, adc8 will contact the registered email address to request identity verification. Until the verification is completed to adc8's satisfaction, access to the account — including the ability to place bets, deposit funds, or request withdrawals — may be restricted.

adc8 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. There is no currency conversion involved in any adc8 transaction, and no foreign exchange risk is borne by the Player.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals on the adc8 platform:

• Nagad — instant deposits; withdrawals processed to your registered Nagad account.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — instant deposits; withdrawals processed to your registered Rocket account.

The minimum deposit on the adc8 platform is ৳100. adc8 does not impose platform-side fees on any deposit or withdrawal transaction. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside adc8's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the adc8 payments team and dispatched to the Player's registered mobile wallet. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests being handled at any given time. adc8 aims to process all withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Players are responsible for ensuring that the mobile wallet number or account details registered on their adc8 account are accurate and belong to them personally. adc8 accepts no liability for funds dispatched to incorrect wallet details provided by the Player.

adc8 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership — including screenshots of mobile wallet registration details — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure and is not indicative of any suspicion of wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

• No Player is guaranteed any bonus or promotional offer. adc8 may withdraw or modify any offer at any time, subject to obligations already incurred by Players who have legitimately commenced wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once constitutes fraud.

All games and betting markets available on the adc8 platform are governed by their own individual game rules, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the adc8 platform, you agree that:

• You understand the rules and mechanics of the game or market before placing a wager.
• All bets are placed voluntarily and at your own risk. adc8 does not provide betting advice or guarantee any outcome.
• Once confirmed, bets may not be amended or cancelled except where adc8's specific rules for a given market expressly permit such an action.

Sports betting markets — including cricket betting markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other competitions — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of any dispute regarding the official result, adc8's sports trading team will review the matter and issue a final determination. Live in-play markets may be suspended or voided where a match is interrupted, abandoned, or rescheduled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the adc8 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of any associated funds, as well as potential referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with adc8 games or betting markets.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error in the adc8 platform or any third-party game to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify a bug must report it to [email protected] immediately rather than exploiting it.

• Accessing the adc8 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or using VPN, proxy, or other geo-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or using the adc8 platform in a systematic manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("matched betting") where expressly prohibited by applicable promotion terms.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, organised loss, or any other form of collusive match-fixing in any casino game or sports betting market.

adc8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all of its registered Players. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or personal harm. adc8 provides the following responsible gaming tools to every registered Player, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly BDT deposit caps on their account. Requests to lower an existing limit take effect immediately. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure a maximum session duration. adc8 will issue a notification and, where necessary, end the session automatically when the limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further gameplay is suspended until the limit period resets or is adjusted.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Players who wish to take a short break from gambling may activate a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, access to gaming products is suspended and no deposits may be made.

Where an account is closed by adc8 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the breach. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in all cases of breach-related closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, adc8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the adc8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits as a result of a technical fault, game error, or connectivity issue.
• Interruption or unavailability of the adc8 platform due to maintenance, technical difficulties, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game provider systems outside adc8's direct control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the adc8 platform, which the Player undertakes voluntarily and at their own risk.

Where adc8 is found liable despite the limitations set out in this section, its total aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

adc8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account on the adc8 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable laws of Bangladesh. In all cases, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the definitive and governing version.
